3D Printing

Our 3D printing services support programs that need fast turnaround, accurate prototypes, and durable end‑use parts. Because many of our customers work in Aerospace, Defense, Space, and advanced Energy, we focus on processes that deliver consistent results and engineering‑grade performance. Each build moves through controlled steps that protect accuracy, repeatability, and material integrity.

We offer both SLS and FDM printing to cover a wide range of requirements. SLS allows us to produce complex geometries, internal features, and lightweight structures without support material. This makes it ideal for functional prototypes, housings, brackets, and assemblies that need strength and dimensional stability. FDM complements this capability with larger build volumes, strong thermoplastics, and cost‑effective production for development parts and tooling.

Our material options include nylon, nylon‑carbon fiber, glass‑filled nylons, and other engineering plastics designed for demanding environments. These materials provide excellent stiffness, heat resistance, and long‑term durability. Because they behave differently under load and temperature, we select each one based on the part’s function, geometry, and performance needs. This approach helps customers move from concept to functional hardware without unnecessary redesign.

3D printing also supports early engineering work. We create prototypes that validate form, fit, and function before machining or fabrication begins. In addition, we produce fixtures, check tools, and assembly aids that streamline production. When needed, we combine 3D printing with reverse engineering to recreate legacy parts or generate accurate models for future manufacturing.

Our team understands aerospace‑style production processes, so we document each build, verify critical features, and maintain clear communication from start to finish. As a result, customers gain fast, reliable access to parts that support development, testing, and low‑volume production.
